Was the Repeal of Obamacare
Orchestrated to Fail?
On July 28, 2017, the failure of the Republican Congress to repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) was perhaps predictable beforehand if you scrutinized the makeup of the Republican Party and their relationship with President Trump.
It came down to a final vote that killed the bill; otherwise, the tiebreaking vote would have gone to Vice President Mike Pence who was bound to vote yea, putting a kill shot into the ugly beast.
But it was that RINO, John McCain who fired the shot, pointing well over the target’s head, purposely missing the party’s expected passing of the bill. But was it really expected to pass?
Reviewing what happened, I would hazard a guess that the vote and especially the timing of the final vote and who would cast it were conceived by the members as a whole or at least a select gang of them. It smacks of a Shakespearian tragedy schemed by the RINOs as a group.
They knew it would take three Republicans to sway the vote since the Democrats historically voted as a group, and it only remained to choose a trio of traitors.
What great joy it must have been to select McCain as the final and deciding vote. He not only would cherish the thought of sticking it to President Trump, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if he advanced the idea to the other RINOs himself.
And if you review the video of that momentous moment, look at the arrogance of the man as he brazenly signaled thumbs down. He looks as though he imagined himself back in the ancient Roman Senate. Perhaps he thought of himself as Brutus.
