Recalling the history of what religion has wrought upon the world, it’s hard to believe in a supreme God that has created everything in the universe including us. It’s especially hard to believe that He demands we honor and worship Him. It is much easier to believe in the old adage that God did not create us, we created Him. 

Although I’m a doubter of all organized religions, I cannot say with absolute certainty there is no creator, but looking at this universe we have inherited and all the evidence that surrounds us, it’s hard to believe there is not some kind of intelligence behind it all. 

Before you accuse me of believing in “Intelligent design” let me assure you, you are wrong.  I’m more than a doubter or the usual agnostic; I simply don’t know what the hell is going on. Further than that; I believe no one else does either. There must be an adjective to describe my belief if you can call it a belief, but I’ll be darned if I can think of what it might be.
